ANALISIS KANDUNGAN ALBUMIN IKAN GABUS CHANNA STRIATA PADA HABITAT SUNGAI DAN RAWA DI KABUPATEN MAROWALI

Kondisi lingkungan diduga mempengaruhi kadar albumin pada ikan Gabus, dimana kandungan ini sangat baik untuk menjaga kesehatan karena mengandung asam lemak esensial, mineral zink, dan kolagen. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui Mengetahui bagaimana hubungan habitat ukuran konsentrasi albumen Gabus (Channa striata). merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan melakukan tahapan penentuan stasiun hulu tengah hilir rawa sungai, pengambilan data kuisener kepada beberapa stake holder yg berkaitan langsung analisis data. Hasil menunjukkan Ikan gabus lebih banyak didapatkan kecil sungai berat yang besar bagian dan. dari (84.151 mg/g) tinggi daripada (47.192 mg/g), dominan ditemukan kedalaman 177,7 cm (rawa) 53,7 (sungai) tekstur dasar perairan lumpur ditumbuhi tanaman air eceng dipermukaanya. Environmental conditions are thought to affect levels in snakehead fish. The content is very good for maintaining health because it contains essential fatty acids, zinc minerals, and collagen.
